About the Role
This contract opportunity will see you playing a pivotal role within a large-scale finance transformation. Working across technology, operating model and business change, you will drive adoption, uplift capability and ensure sustainable outcomes. This is a broad, enterprise-wide change role suited to a seasoned all-rounder who thrives in complex financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management across finance transformation initiatives, spanning technology, process and operating model shifts.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop pragmatic, people-focused strategies.
- Design and deliver communication, engagement and adoption plans to embed new ways of working.
- Support leaders to build change capability and champion transformation across business units.
- Monitor change effectiveness, proactively managing risks, resistance and stakeholder alignment.
- Proven experience as a Change Manager within complex enterprise environments.
- Background in financial services or insurance highly desirable.
- Experience delivering technology-enabled and operating model change.
- Exposure to finance transformation programmes advantageous but not essential.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
