About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and respected management consulting team in Wellington. You’ll contribute to high-impact transformation projects across a wide range of clientele - across public, private, and Māori sectors, supporting strategic outcomes and sustainable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project workstreams and contribute to client engagements with high-quality insight and analysis.
- Consulting experience with a strong track record in delivering complex projects and building lasting client relationships.
- Support the design and implementation of complex transformation programmes.
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing and service innovation.
- Deliver across multiple concurrent projects with precision and pace.
- Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects at pace and lead workstreams. workstreams.
- Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects, mentor staff, and engage effectively with stakeholders and clients.
- Uphold the firm’s reputation through professionalism, cultural capability, and impactful delivery.
- Proven consulting experience and a track record of successful client relationships.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, public policy, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and/or Kaupapa Māori frameworks is advantageous.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in developing business cases, facilitating both content and process, as well as reviewing and quality-assuring business cases, would be advantageous but is not essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
