About the Role:

This is a unique chance to join a high-performing management consulting team in Wellington. You’ll work at the forefront of transformation, partnering with clients across the public, private, and Māori sectors to enable strategic change and deliver sustainable, future-fit outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Govern key consulting workstreams, ensuring delivery of strategic insights and high-quality outcomes aligned to client goals.
  • Champion the execution of complex programmes, building enduring relationships founded on trust and delivery excellence.
  • Architect transformational initiatives, guiding design and implementation with a clear focus on long-term impact.
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth by developing compelling proposals and driving innovation in client services.
  • Steer multiple projects concurrently, maintaining pace and precision while navigating complex change environments.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive consulting experience with a strong record of delivering outcomes and cultivating client partnerships.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, public policy, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate within dynamic, high-performing teams.
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities in fast-moving contexts.
  • Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and/or Kaupapa Māori frameworks is highly valued.
  • Exceptional analytical capability with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience developing, facilitating, and reviewing business cases is desirable but not essential.
  • Confident communicator who can engage and influence at all levels.
