About the Role
Reporting to the Transactional Services Team Lead, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to help strengthen financial operations. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day accounting tasks and the meticulous management of accounts payable and receivable, enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor cash flows and prepayments accurately
- Execute receipting and financial transactions with precision
- Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliations
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes.
- Proficient in managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong understanding of financial principles related to cash flow and prepayments.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Experience with Yardi would be preferable but not essential.
