Focus on the Good, Not on the Negativity that Sells Papers

We spent much of the lock-down connecting with our community – how they were faring, how they were feeling, what their worries were and how we could help.
Now back in the office – we are continuing to do this. Many people are reading the media with all the negative stories – the uncertainty, the disconnection and the pessimism and are affected by it.
So please, make sure you focus your energy and attention on some good stuff too. There are good news stories out there, just like there are businesses hiring and expanding, people succeeding and new opportunities being dreamed up. Absolutely this is a tough time, but it is also a time of resilience and reflection, of creativity and imagination and of new beginnings.
Recruitment as an industry has been hugely affected by Covid-19, but I can tell you that we are optimistic and ambitious for the future!
