A fast-growing, licensed financial services provider, delivering innovative lending and technology solutions. Operating with a lean, modern mindset, the business focuses on automation to enhance customer experience while maintaining rigorous governance. 

Although established over the last few years, they have developed their core service through AI and are in the process of developing and launching open banking products and services.

Due to their size and adoption of AI, they are nimble and able to launch new products and services quickly in an ever-evolving FS market.

About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership and drive overall financial management, treasury strategy, and regulatory compliance while owning board and funder relationships. You will lead debt facility reporting, risk frameworks, and commercial decision-making while guiding a lean finance team through an exciting period of organisational scaling and technological development.

Key Responsibilities will include

• Manage financial reporting, month-end processes, and multi-entity accounts accurately.
• Drive treasury management, bank facility relationships, liquidity, and covenant compliance.
• Own risk management programmes and regulatory compliance for financial licenses.
• Deliver annual budgets, forecasts, and commercial board reporting packs consistently.
• Leverage finance automation to streamline reporting and eliminate manual workflows
• Lead A small finance team; this is a hands-on role.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
• Must have experience within financial services, lending, or banking environments.
• Strong track record managing bank debt facilities and covenant compliance.
• Ideally in risk, regulatory returns, and statutory reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
