About the Role

This is a high-impact Finance Business Partner role supporting senior leaders through a period of growth and system transformation. You’ll deliver insight, challenge performance, and influence decision-making. Salary $140–150k. Ideal for someone who enjoys pace, visibility, and driving real commercial value in a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner leaders to drive commercial performance and decision making
• Deliver monthly reporting, analysis, and performance insights
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across business units
• Build and enhance BI tools and reporting capability
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• You will be fully qualified (CA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA or equiv)
• Strong proven commercial finance and business partnering capability
• Advanced Excel and data handling skills
• Confident communicator adept at influencing senior stakeholders
• Curious, proactive, and thrives in change environments
