Technical Senior Business Analyst



This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract supporting a portfolio of transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping future-state outcomes, leading change impact analysis, and driving process optimisation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to business operating model evolution and support large-scale planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change impact analysis across multiple initiatives, ensuring clear understanding of business implications
• Develop and document future-state processes, identifying optimisation opportunities through data and AI insights
• Facilitate process mapping workshops and contribute to business operating model transformation
• Support and participate in big room planning sessions, aligning stakeholders and delivery teams
• Collaborate across projects and product teams to ensure cohesive and scalable business analysis outcomes

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in change impact analysis and business process mapping
• Experience contributing to operating model design and organisational change initiatives
• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and large-scale planning practices (e.g. big room planning)
• High-level understanding of data-driven decision making and emerging AI impacts on process optimisation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and business audiences
• Ability to work across multiple projects with strong prioritisation and analytical capability
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and adaptability in evolving environments
