We're serious about our values, we wrote it on the wall.
Our values were built by the whole team contributing what was important to them and what working at Consult meant to them (over beer, wine, pizza and lots of good chat)!

We celebrate everyone for their own individual differences. We welcome uniqueness that strengthens the team and make the team better.
Win with mana
Mana is our authority, presence, and integrity. We celebrate success, but only when it’s a win for the candidate, the client, and us. That’s winning with mana.
Try, fail, learn, succeed
Mistakes are expected to be made (we’re only human!). What matters is our attitude toward learning from them. We are brave enough to share our mistakes so we can all learn, grow, and get better faster.
No drama queens
Recruitment can be emotional: we work with people in emotionally charged situations and not everything goes to plan! We handle ups and downs with professionalism. Drama is destructive and has no place at Consult.
No drifters
We are a small but ambitious business and to achieve our goals everyone must play their part well. We are reliant on everyone doing a great job to the best of their ability.
No dickheads
We don’t get carried away by success – there are no weird egos here. We are here because candidates and clients choose to work with us and place their trust in us. We stay humble, kind and look after others.
