About the Role:

This is an opportunity to spearhead a newly established Centre of Excellence Tribe focused on delivering a next-generation broker platform. You’ll lead strategic initiatives in an agile delivery model and shape the programme’s success from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a newly formed Tribe to implement a broker platform
• Champion the agile delivery model, ensuring collaboration and alignment across the organisation.
• Cultivate a positive and high-performing culture across your team of senior leads.
• Oversee delivery planning and governance, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Engage with senior leaders and participate in quarterly planning sessions with the ELT in Australia.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven leadership across large-scale programme delivery, ideally in financial services or tech transformation.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery methodologies and experience operating at a Tribe or Programme Lead level.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with executive leadership.
• Strong governance, planning and reporting expertise across complex environments.
• Ability to foster a collaborative team culture and drive outcomes under pressure.
• Confident and passionate advocate for new ways of working.
• Willingness to travel quarterly to Australia for strategic planning.
