About the Role:

This is a key role delivering high-impact solutions for one of the MSP's most valued clients, a major American financial services firm. You'll operate on-site in Newmarket, leveraging your analytical expertise, agile leadership, and technical acumen across infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and manage agile ceremonies to ensure delivery alignment
• Liaise between stakeholders, developers, and support teams to refine business requirements
• Model current and future state business processes to support technical transformations
• Oversee project transitions into support with thorough documentation and handover processes
• Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring clear escalation paths

Key Skills and Experience:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proven leadership in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Technical exposure across IT infrastructure, cloud (GCP, IBM Cloud), and applications
• Familiarity with IBM i, Power Platform, Kubernetes, SQL, and data visualisation tools
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Excel, and Power BI
• Desirable: exposure to Python or R for automation and analytics
