About you:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our growing Professional Services team. Within the Professional Services space we recruit on behalf some of the leading accounting, consulting and legal firms in NZ!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate and keen to kickstart their career in talent acquisition within an agency setting. You’ll work closely with our senior recruiters to support various recruitment activities aimed at identifying, engaging and hiring qualified candidates.

We want someone who will be an advocate for job seekers; we pride ourselves on building long-term relationships within the communities we recruit.

By joining a well-established talent team, you will:

  • Managing the candidate’s end-to-end process
  • Building and maintaining talent pools & pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Using various sourcing channels for candidate acquisition.
  • Creating a positive brand presence in the market.

  • Ideally tertiary qualified in Accounting, Finance, Law, Human Resources or equivalent
  • Organised, methodical yet open-minded
  • Someone who would rather stick pins in their eyes than break a promise or let down a customer!
  • Driven, with high energy levels and smarts
  • A team player (we don’t do drama queens – we even wrote that on our wall. It’s an actual rule) …then pick up the phone or drop us a line, and let’s talk!
