About the Role
This newly created role is critical to the company’s digital transformation, integrating and automating its systems across operations, research, and production. You’ll be central in building a cutting-edge digital ecosystem that empowers real-time insights, efficiency, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the digital systems roadmap and integration strategy across platforms and departments
- Oversee implementation of core systems including ERP, MES, SCADA, and CRM
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes, enhance traceability, and support predictive capabilities
- Manage data governance and enable real-time, insight-driven decision-making
- Champion change management and user training across all digital tools
- 5 years in digital or automation system integration within manufacturing, biotech, or process industries
- Deep knowledge of ERP, MES, and SCADA systems, with experience integrating complex tech environments
- Strong capabilities in process mapping, project management, and digital transformation
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, and API integrations
- Collaborative leadership style with a systems-thinking approach
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and data-driven operations
- Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or IoT/digital twin technologies is desirable
