You’ll drive the success of customer engagement by leading marketing automation efforts using top-tier platforms and data. Your work will be pivotal in shaping impactful, integrated campaigns that align with business goals and evolving customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and advanced analytics platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and use data insights for continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to align campaigns with KPIs.
- Stay current on AI and automation trends to guide strategic enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members to build capability and innovation within the team.
- 5 years’ experience in data-driven marketing and customer engagement.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Snowflake, and Amazon Connect.
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with KPI-based optimisation.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and foster team improvement.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and test-driven marketing.
- Passion for customer experience and innovation in digital marketing.
