About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Technical Delivery, this role plays a critical part in bridging business and technology teams. You will gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories, enabling agile delivery across strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, and technology projects that enhance operational capability and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document clear requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify challenges and define practical solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into structured requirements to support agile delivery teams.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and transformation programmes within a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Ensure customer experience, risk considerations, and continuous improvement are embedded in delivered solutions.
- 5 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst within agile delivery environments.
- Experience working within financial services or similarly regulated industries (Must have)
- Strong experience with data analysis including SQL, data modelling, and working with complex datasets.
- Exposure to platforms such as NetSuite or Snowflake would be highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate productive workshops.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation capability.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Drive key transformation initiatives across business and technology.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape impactful solutions.
- Hybrid work | 4-5 days from office
