About the Role:
This is a pivotal role within a large-scale transformation programme aimed at modernising core systems and processes. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you’ll bridge business needs with tech solutions, working across complex systems and data environments to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis across multiple workstreams in a complex transformation programme.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Support solution design, integration, and testing of new systems and technologies.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices, tools, and frameworks.
- Insurance industry experience essential to be considered
- Experience as a Business Analyst, with recent exposure to large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in system integrations, APIs, data flows, and platform migrations.
- Proven ability to simplify complex problems and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Insurance or financial services industry experience is advantageous.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable mindset.
