About the Role:

This is a broad, delivery-focused Business Analyst contract where you’ll work across systems, teams, and business functions to drive operational and digital improvements. The role is critical to shaping efficient, data-driven processes and enabling impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate discovery and documentation of current and future state business processes across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Lead process mapping and identify optimisation opportunities using Lean principles.
  • Translate business needs into functional system requirements, especially across Microsoft Dynamics, FinOps, and VCare.
  • Analyse data flows, improve data capture accuracy, and enhance reporting and predictive insights.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on workflows, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • 5 years’ experience in business analysis with strong focus on process improvement and systems enhancement.
  • Proven ability to document complex workflows and define pragmatic future-state processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, FinOps, and CRM or finance platforms a bonus but not essential. 
  • Solid experience with data flow optimisation, reporting, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Comfort working across ambiguous and legacy environments with minimal documentation.
