About the Role:
This is a strategic role supporting a major remediation programme, where your expertise will help drive critical transformation initiatives. You’ll join a collaborative team within a flexible environment, contributing to meaningful outcomes in the financial services space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities across complex remediation projects
• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, define and validate business requirements
• Map current vs future state processes and identify gaps and opportunities
• Support programme governance with clear documentation and reporting
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure business needs are met

Key Skills and Experience:

• 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within insurance or financial services
• Strong experience in remediation, regulatory, or compliance-driven projects
• Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and process mapping capabilities
• Comfortable working in both agile and waterfall delivery environments
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and adaptability
• A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and delivery focus
