About the Role

This is a 6-month contract opportunity to support the Procurement Supervisor with day-to-day purchasing and administrative activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are placed accurately, suppliers are followed up and delivery information is clearly communicated across teams. This role offers immediate impact, exposure to ERP systems, and close collaboration with procurement, production, and inventory teams.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and process purchase orders in line with procurement direction
  • Manage expense purchasing for production and engineering teams
  • Liaise with suppliers on confirmations, delivery dates, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate purchase order data and EPA dates within the ERP system
  • Communicate delivery changes with inventory, production, and sales teams.

  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
  • Confident communicator when dealing with internal teams and suppliers
  • Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and supportive team player.
