About the Role:

This is a pivotal role supporting the Director of an enterprise-wide AI programme. You'll be the operational engine behind delivery and reporting, applying strong coordination, tooling, and agile skills to help the programme thrive and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion ADO and Confluence as the core programme tooling and knowledge base.
• Track and maintain visibility on risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate agile ceremonies and planning events with precision and purpose.
• Support stakeholder communications with quality reporting and dashboards.
• Drive programme momentum through proactive engagement and event logistics.

Key Skills and Experience

• 3 years in programme or project coordination within tech or transformation environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for delivery tracking and workflows.
• Proficiency in Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Agile mindset and familiarity with agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong organisation and planning capability with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect across all levels.
• Bonus: Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
