About the Role
This is a part-time payroll opportunity supporting a sizeable payroll of approximately 3,500 employees. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll play a critical role ensuring accurate, timely payroll during a busy period, working Monday to Wednesday with an immediate start through to mid-March.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll using iPayroll with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage payroll queries and provide clear, timely resolutions
- Maintain payroll data, deductions, and statutory requirements
- Support payroll reporting and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with HR and finance to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Proven payroll experience in a medium to large organisation
- Hands-on experience with iPayroll is essential
- Strong knowledge of NZ payroll legislation and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a service-focused mindset
- Able to hit the ground running and work to tight deadlines
- Comfortable working part-time, Monday to Wednesday.
