About the Role:
This role is central to improving the digital customer journey through data-driven, automated campaigns. You’ll utilise industry-leading tools and technology to deliver personalised experiences thatdrive both engagement and performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and code templated assets including emails, forms, microsites, and landing pages.
- Optimise email campaigns for responsive display across all major email clients.
- Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, and more.
- Analyse campaign KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals through automation.
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API development skills.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in data-driven marketing with a customer-centric focus.
- Expertise in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, and Amazon Connect.
- Proficient in data analysis and A/B testing to guide optimisation.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
- Adaptable, innovative, and passionate about continuous learning in marketing tech.
- Understanding of data privacy, security principles, and compliance best practices.
