As a manager, you are responsible for leading engagements and projects, while still delivering high-quality outputs. You employ sustainable consulting practices by working collaboratively with our clients and ensuring they are on the journey so that the outcomes are meaningful and lasting. You are a strategic advisor to our clients, employing a range of analytical skills, relationship management, industry knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to design, deliver, and implement impactful change that results in client satisfaction and trust. You play a key role in developing and uplifting our collective skills and abilities, assuring excellent work quality and supporting & coaching more junior members to develop their competencies and performance.
What will you be doing:
- Lead teams to successful project execution with a focus on milestone delivery and outcomes
- Build and sustain positive relationships with senior client team members and key stakeholders
- Plan and facilitate workshops to support operating model design, planning, and implementation phases.
- Producing and presenting complex information tailored the audience
- Support business owners in facilitating forums with key stakeholders for strategic alignment and decision-making
- Lead development of business cases aligned with the vision, transformation roadmap and expected business outcomes
- Provide regular reporting to the Programme Manager, including progress updates, risk identification, and issue resolution.
- Manage business readiness activities which support successful transition to the future operating model
- Anticipate client needs and identify approaches on how our services and capabilities can assist
- Current state analysis and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Developing operating model design principles and functional strategies
- Shaping future state service blueprints including service catalogues and SLAs
- Identifying supporting system and technology requirements
- Providing input into role requirements and future state organisation design
- Operating model transition approach and change impact assessment
- Developing Go-live readiness criteria and plan (including resourcing and training requirements)
- Creation of the detailed implementation plan and input into the integrated programme plan
- Financial analysis and benefits plans including testing and validating key assumptions
- Stakeholder engagement support and identification and management of key risks
