About the Role
This role provides essential desktop support during a critical phase of technological transformation. You'll play a key part in maintaining seamless IT operations while enabling engineering teams to deliver modern workplace solutions and cloud deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day desktop support, resolving hardware, software, and access issues.
- Manage device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and support documentation.
- Handle hardware procurement, lifecycle management, and device logistics.
- Provide on-site support for audits, troubleshooting, and AV setup.
- Support rollout of Intune, Windows 11, and modern workplace initiatives.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT support, including Level 1 and 2 services.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and modern device management.
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with service ticketing systems and hardware asset tracking.
- Practical knowledge of ITIL practices and cloud-based environments (e.g., Azure).
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across technical teams.
- Urgent contract role - 3-4 months

- 5 days onsite is required
