About the Role
This is a client facing billable role, that is technically focussed and sits within a growing advisory division and offers strong progression opportunities. You will work on complex financial reporting matters while supporting clients with high-level advisory and compliance solutions. With exposure to challenging engagements and direct client interaction, this position offers the chance to deepen IFRS expertise while building leadership capability within a supportive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial statements under IFRS and PBE standards
• Deliver tax planning and structural advice to diverse client-book
• Manage client portfolio ensuring accuracy, deadlines and budget delivery
• Lead Xero migrations and implement cloud reporting solutions
• Review work and mentor junior accountants

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• Strong IFRS / NZ financial reporting knowledge
• 3-5 years within a Big 4 or mid-market international firm
• CA qualified or equivalent professional qualification 
• Proven client portfolio management within a professional services firm
• Advanced Xero and cloud accounting ecosystem capability
• Clear communicator who enjoys solving complex client problems
