About the Role

Working within the planning and performance function, this role blends financial reporting with commercial insight. You’ll support forecasting cycles, month-end reporting, and performance analysis while partnering with stakeholders across the business. Based in the Auckland office in Newmarket, the position offers hybrid working flexibility and exposure to strategic initiatives, operational projects, and decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver month-end reporting and financial performance analysis
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles
• Provide commercial insight to identify financial risks and opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders on operational initiatives and projects
• Contribute to improvements across financial processes and reporting tools

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with strong accounting foundations
• Exposure to management accounting, FP&A, or business partnering activities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insight
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling
• Comfortable working across teams and supporting strategic initiatives
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
