About the Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an intermediate BAS Accountant to accelerate their career within a high-performing advisory environment. You will work closely with experienced leaders, gain exposure to complex client engagements, and contribute meaningful insights that support business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and tax obligations
• Provide financial insights and advisory support to improve client performance
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging professional growth
• Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance systems and client experience

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• 2–4 years’ experience within an accounting practice
• CA or CPA qualified, or currently working towards completion
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to mentor and support others
• Interest in leveraging technology to improve accounting efficiency
