About the Role
This is a full-function Accounts Payable role supporting both New Zealand and Australian operations. You’ll be working as part of a small, friendly finance team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and maintaining solid financial controls. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end Accounts Payable for NZ and Australian entities
• Process multi-currency payments, including AUD, GBP, EUR, and USD
• Complete bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Handle inter-company transactions and maintain supplier relationships
• Ensure accurate coding, approvals, and timely processing across various supplier types

So who are you and what is your profile?
You’re an experienced Accounts Payable professional who is confident managing full-function AP across multiple entities and currencies. You have excellent attention to detail, solid reconciliation skills, and strong communication abilities that help you build effective working relationships. Experience with Dynamics 365 is a bonus. You’re proactive, reliable, and take ownership of your work in a way that supports both your team and the wider business.
