Emma Phillips

Emma plays an important role in keeping the business running behind the scenes as our Finance & Payroll Manager. From managing payroll to streamlining systems and reporting, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand to all things finance. She’s the person who makes sure everything adds up so the rest of us can get on with doing what we do best.

Born and bred in Wellington, Emma is as comfortable with spreadsheets as she is with packing a suitcase for the next adventure. With a well-stamped passport from years of exploring the world, she now travels with her family in tow – seeing everything through fresh, excited eyes.

When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find her on the sidelines cheering at football or hockey, at the dojo supporting her jiu jitsu loving sons, or wrangling the family’s oversized dog on walks. Oh, and she’s always up for a good catch-up with friends!
