About the Role:
This strategic role will lead the end-to-end design of integration solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture and support critical digital transformation objectives. You'll shape integration standards, resolve complex challenges, and enable cross-team collaboration on high-impact programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of integration solutions, aligning with business needs and architecture principles.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding the integration team through complex projects and tight deadlines.
- Ensure all work adheres to architectural standards and integration roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and clarity.
- Act as a key escalation point for integration issues, reviewing and validating designs and QA outputs.
- Proven experience as a Solution/Integration Architect in large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate under pressure.
- Expertise in event-driven architecture, API-led design, and file-based integration.
- Proficiency in Azure Integration Services (AIS) and Managed File Transfer (MFT).
- Experience with Mulesoft is a bonus.
- Confident in providing architectural leadership and driving technical decisions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing interdependencies across multiple teams.
