Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial due diligence and transaction-related projects across diverse sectors
• Lead client engagements, delivering commercially driven, technically sound insights
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Identify and respond to new business opportunities and contribute to firm growth
• Mentor and develop team members, supporting technical excellence and career progression

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• Proven experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or M&A advisory
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent finance/business qualification
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing client-facing projects
• Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and creating commercial value
• Collaborative, adaptable, and driven to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Excellent report writing, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
