About the Role:
This 12-month contract role plays a pivotal part in shaping insurance products through portfolio and pricing initiatives. It focuses on requirements planning, technical documentation, and building a sophisticated Rating Engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritise business requirements in collaboration with SMEs and technical teams
• Lead documentation of complex algorithms and support Rating Engine development
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product, portfolio, and pricing outcomes
• Manage key stakeholders across business and technology units
• Support planning and integration with future project phases and teams

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in business analysis within insurance or financial services
• Strong exposure to product pricing, algorithm documentation, and systems integration a plus
• Ability to work with technical jargon and interpret complex concepts for stakeholders
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in planning, prioritisation, and requirements gathering
• Strong analytical mindset and detail-oriented documentation skills
• Familiarity with Rating Engines and product manufacturing processes a plus
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
