About the Role:
This fixed-term opportunity plays a vital role in delivering transparent, fair, and timely remediation outcomes to customers. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure smooth and compliant delivery of remediation activities and support communications, payments, and service updates throughout the remediation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of customer remediation activities, ensuring high-quality service and accuracy.
- Develop and manage customer communication plans during the delivery phase of remediation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brief and coordinate remediation-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure customer payments are completed.
- Manage customer interactions via email and a dedicated phone line, including follow-ups.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience within a life insurance setting (Must have).
- Strong administrative/project background with attention to detail and Continue accuracy.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective relationships.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable working across various systems.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound understanding of remediation processes within insurance or financial domains.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and compliance
- 12-month fixed-term role (x2)
- Auckland-based role - no remote work permitted.
- Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 (Depending on experience)
