About the Role
This three-month contract supports steady payroll operations through a period of system change. You’ll help keep BAU running smoothly across high-volume cycles while contributing to improvements.
The start date for this contract is 5th January 2026, based in Māngere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately using PayGlobal.
- Conduct data checks, reconciliations, and troubleshooting across complex shift patterns.
- Respond to payroll queries.
- Support project activity linked to the new system transition.
- Collaborate closely with the payroll team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Proven NZ payroll experience, ideally with PayGlobal.
- Strong understanding of NZ payroll legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail across high-volume, multi-cycle environments.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working in a supportive, friendly team culture!
