About the Role:

This contract role plays a critical part in enabling enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring business readiness, and enhancing operational effectiveness. You'll work across key initiatives with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and third-party vendor collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-level analysis activities across complex business transformations.
• Engage stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements and define business readiness.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure solution alignment and delivery quality.
• Assess impacts of change and develop strategies to support business adoption.
• Deliver comprehensive documentation and maintain alignment with project timelines.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong capability in business readiness and change impact assessment.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficient in standard BA methodologies including requirement elicitation and process mapping.
• Strong understanding of financial services, banking, or insurance environments.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to operate autonomously in complex settings.
