About the Role:
This 12-month contract role offers the opportunity to lead digital projects within a large-scale CRM and billing transformation programme. You’ll drive key deliverables across digital applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of digital application and integration projects across web, mobile, and IVR platforms
- Manage testing phases including SIT, E2E, and deployment readiness activities
- Drive coordination across internal teams and vendor partners for seamless integration
- Oversee project governance including plans, schedules, risks, and reporting
- Ensure alignment with programme schedule and strategic objectives
- 5 years' experience in senior project management within complex transformation environments
- Proven experience delivering digital projects involving multiple system integrations across web and mobile
- Familiarity with CRM and billing systems such as Salesforce would be a plus
- Strong understanding of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in utilities, telco or large-scale consumer service organisations is preferred
