They're looking for an experienced Data Entry/Accounts Administrator to join their collaborative Shared Services team in Ellerslie.

A little bit about the role

This is a temp assignment to cover someone who is going on parental leave in July, so they soon you can start better to make the most of the handover period.

This is a broad role within the Shared Services function, where you’ll be working closely with internal finance teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Your key focus will be processing and managing payments, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and supporting a national network of providers. No two days are quite the same, but expect to:
  • Process a high volume of emails and invoices and ensure accurate data entry
  • Raise and follow up on invoices
  • Reconcile statements
  • Investigate aged and duplicate claims
  • Respond to email and phone queries from suppliers and stakeholders
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to internal and external partners

Who we’re looking for

You’re a detail-obsessed finance data admin or AP professional with experience in large, complex organisations. You know how to juggle multiple priorities, you stay calm under pressure, and you love making sure the numbers are right.
You’ll bring:
  • 3–5 years of experience in an AP, AR or similar finance admin role
  • Confidence working with large volumes of data quickly and accurately
  • Experience partnering with internal teams and external providers
  • Strong reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems
  • A can-do attitude, you're reliable, organised, and own your work
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
