About the Role
You’ll support a busy customer hub during a period of rapid growth, handling a high volume of incoming calls across multiple channels. You’ll provide efficient first line assistance, ensure smooth order follow ups, and contribute to a supportive, well structured team.
This is an ASAP start contract role for 3 months, based in West Auckland.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls across retail, fleet, and large-account channels.
- Provide accurate order updates and stock information using internal systems.
- Identify complex enquiries and escalate promptly.
- Guide retail customers through basic product identification processes.
- Support team workflow in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

- Customer service experience in phone based roles.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Confident using order-management or CRM systems.
- Able to learn product details quickly and troubleshoot.
- Calm, professional approach under pressure.
- Team focused, proactive, and reliable.
