About the Role
This is an immediate start contract opportunity based in Rosedale, to oversee a Global Customer Service and Support department. Reporting to the COO, you will manage processes, policies, oversee daily operations, and ensure an efficient, solutions-focused customer experience that supports continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact, logging and managing customer support cases
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely customer updates
- Produce reports, track support trends, and maintain demonstration/loan equipment
- Develop and document processes, ensuring efficient service and accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production and Engineering) and participate in daily stand-ups
- Support training, best practice sharing, and future growth of the Customer Service team.
You will be a dynamic, customer-focused professional with strong technical expertise and proven experience in building and delivering exceptional support services.
- 5 years’ experience in technical sales and/or customer service management role
- Experience working in manufacturing or engineering is desired
- Strong customer communication skills
- Experience with CRM (ERP and Jira an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail.
A rate of $65-70 GST per hour for approx. 3 month contract.
