About the Role
This role is critical to managing revenue collection and reducing credit risk across a complex property portfolio. The position leverages technology to enhance performance and plays a key role in process innovation, commercial analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end debt collection process to minimise overdue and doubtful debts
- Maintain debtor reporting and reconciliation using ERP systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and key tenants to ensure timely payments and resolution of queries
- Attend and lead monthly debtors meetings, providing insight and analysis
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the lease-to-cash process
You bring 3 years of credit control and accounts receivable experience, ideally within property or retail sectors. Your strong communication and negotiation skills allow you to work effectively across both internal teams and external stakeholders. Highly organised and tech-savvy, and you’re able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
