About the Role:
This is a critical role contributing to the modernisation of integration architecture and microservices. You'll play a vital part in exposing enterprise data to external digital channels, supporting real-time data flows and API-driven ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support high performance SAP integration flows using SAP CPI.
- Develop and optimise Java based microservices for reference data management.
- Implement event driven architecture using AWS MSK to ensure real-time data propagation.
- Create and document robust APIs that act as contracts between SAP and external systems.
- Drive CI/CD practices with GitHub to automate and streamline software delivery.
- Ensure code quality through extensive unit and integration testing.
- Expertise in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/HCI), including Groovy scripting and standard adapters.
- Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot for microservices development.
- Experience with Apache Kafka or AWS MSK, including schema registry and streaming principles.
- Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure relevant to microservices (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS).
- Advanced GitHub usage for code management and collaboration.
- Bonus: Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, SAP data models (ECC/S4HANA), or monitoring tools like Datadog or CloudWatch.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills in complex hybrid environments.
