About the Role
This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the leadership team with insightful reporting. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations while contributing to the organisation’s ongoing growth and stability in a fast-moving, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Prepare monthly reports, cash flow, and budget monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Partner with project managers to provide cost tracking and financial insights.
- Support the leadership team with process improvements and systems optimisation.
You are someone who enjoys working with numbers and keeping financial information accurate and organised. With a good understanding of accounting processes and confidence using accounting software, you’re able to manage detail while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and bring a proactive attitude to solving problems
