About the Role:
We’re seeking a confident and seasoned Change Manager to support the rollout of digital transformation initiatives through to the end of the financial year (end of June 2026). The focus will be on enabling stakeholder engagement and driving activation of newly implemented systems and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute change strategies to support digital transformation, particularly around Salesforce and related platforms.
- Drive post-go-live adoption of new functionality, ensuring customers and partners embrace digital channels.
- Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels to embed sustainable behavioural change.
- Navigate ambiguity and manage change in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Provide change impact assessments, readiness plans, and communications tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Demonstrated experience in leading digital change initiatives, ideally with Salesforce exposure (Salesforce is not essential, just a nice to have)
- Proven capability in post-implementation activation and user adoption strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage resistance.
- Maturity and confidence to operate independently within complex, shifting environments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a strategic and pragmatic mindset.
- Experience in large-scale organisational change, preferably in digital or customer-led programmes.
- Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) is advantageous but not essential.
