About the Role:
This is a fixed term position through to August 2026, offering the potential to transition to permanent. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and play a key role in transforming business processes within a progressive and customer-centric financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and align solutions with strategic goals.
- Translate business needs into clear documentation and actionable insights.
- Support project delivery by identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-focused thinking.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Skilled in process mapping, business case development, and data interpretation.
- Experience working within hybrid, agile, or project-based environments.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
