About the Role
This is the perfect entry-level role for someone with a head for numbers and a desire to build their career in accounting. You’ll be right at the heart of a busy finance team, gaining hands-on experience across accounts payable and receivable and you’ll be supported every step of the way as you learn, grow, and take on more responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day processing of supplier invoices, payments, and customer transactions
- Help reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and ensure financial data is accurate and up to date
- Work with the wider finance team to solve billing queries and follow up on payments
- Contribute to GST preparation and reporting, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations
- Get involved in monthly reporting, continuous improvement projects, and policy updates
You’re early in your accounting journey, maybe you’ve just finished your studies or have a year or two under your belt. You’re curious, detail-oriented, and keen to roll up your sleeves and learn from a smart, approachable team. You might be working towards your CA (or thinking about it), and you're looking for a company that will back your growth. You’ve got strong Excel skills, a good grasp of financial concepts, and the confidence to ask questions, speak up, and take ownership. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
