About the Role
This hands-on finance role sits at the heart of a passionate, close-knit team. You'll have variety in your day, the trust to take ownership, and the satisfaction of knowing your work directly impacts day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely accounts admin across AR, AP, and banking
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations using Xero and AP workflow tools
- Communicate with customers and suppliers with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain clean ledgers and support month-end processes including fixed assets
- Pitch in where needed with the wider team, this is a small organisation so you won't be silo'd
- 2 years’ experience in an accounting AR/AP and bank reconciliations
- Confident using Xero and AP workflow tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Great communicator who builds positive relationships easily
- Comfortable managing priorities and deadlines independently
- You enjoy variety, value accuracy, and have a team-first attitude
- A friendly, helpful nature and a real sense of ownership over your work
