About the Role

Working in the Operations team, this newly shaped Accounts Administrator role is ideal for someone who is accuracy obsessed, keeps the numbers tidy and the wheels turning. You'll have variety in your day, the trust to take ownership, and the satisfaction of knowing your work directly impacts day to day. This role is ideal for someone in search of a flexible, part-time role, 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations using Xero and AP workflow tools.
  • Deliver accurate, timely accounts admin across AR, AP, and banking.
  • Complete daily and weekly bank reconciliations.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers with professionalism and warmth.
  • Maintain clean ledgers and support month-end processes, including fixed assets. 
  • Track customer payment plans, grants, and funding arrangements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system use.
  • Pitch in across the business, whether that’s emptying the dishwasher, helping set up for events or manning the bar!
So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?
  • Experience in accounts or finance administration roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero (Xero Projects highly desirable).
  • Exposure to Dext or similar expense tools.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Tech-enthusiastic with an eye for process improvement.
  • Great communicator who builds positive relationships easily.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
