Every week, 12 Kiwi kids are diagnosed with a hear

Every week, 12 Kiwi kids are diagnosed with a heart condition.

This is extremely tough news for any family to hear.

That's why on the 16 November, we're taking part in the Heart Kids New Zealand Heart Stopper Challenge.

The team will submerge themselves in super chilly water for 6 minutes to help raise money for Heart Kids, an incredible organisation supporting Heart Children and their families.

Welcome David Page, our new CEO.

With a successful career in banking and business, David brings with him extensive leadership and management experience. Needless to say, the impact he’s had since the start of the year has been enormous.

As well as his ability to optimise and motivate, (Pagey, as he’s known around the office) is a top-notch human, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have him.

With David at the helm and STILL as Consult's parent company - the road ahead is looking pretty darn good.

Last Thursday was Angela Cameron's last day as the CEO of Consult Recruitment.

Having founded the company from her kitchen table in 2008, Ang has grown Consult into a thriving business that is widely regarded as one of NZ's best specialist recruitment firms.

As a testament to that success, Consult was named 17th fastest growing company in New Zealand in 2022 (Deloitte Fast50 ‘22).

We’re so grateful for what you’ve created Ang - the team couldn’t be more proud to be part of it.

What’s next for Ang, you’re probably asking?

Firstly, a well-deserved break! Her first proper break (ever).

Then, she will be stepping into her new role as Executive Director at Consult, with a focus on growth projects and adding value for our clients and candidates with a different lens.
