Jade Smith

Originally from the UK, Jade began as a Midwives Assistant and on her days off, a Healthcare Assistant in a busy A&E department.

Her move into recruitment though was something out of the movies! One day after helping deliver one of her patients babies, the newborn’s father was so impressed he offered her an Admin Assistants role. That role was for a Healthcare Recruitment company, and the rest, as they say, is history.

In 2022, Jade decided it was time to move away from Healthcare and into the Consult family. Currently specialising in the Accounting & Finance sector, Jade always ensures her clients & candidates get the best talent possible.

When Jade isn’t recruiting, she’s at live music gigs, adventuring, gyming or exploring wineries. She’s a bit of an adrenaline junkie but still loves relaxing, so her summers are generally spent at the beach or in/on the water (a classic Kiwi summer).
