This leading Public Practice firm is on the growth path and they need your expertise as a Workflow Coordinator to help manage and distribute the workload within the team of accountants and deliver the exceptional client service they've built their reputation on.

Based at their bright open offices in Parnell, this firm works alongside clients to understand their business so they can expertly deliver top notch accounting and business advice.

Key Duties
  • Onboarding New Clients onto Xero
  • Coordinating with Clients on any outstanding information that would need to be uploaded against their files
  • Working with the BAS Managers and Directors on allocating and distributing work to the accountants via Xero Practice Manager
Key Requirements
  • Strong experience in using Xero, including Xero Practice Manager (must have)
  • Past experience working in a Professional services (Accounting/Tax firms or Law practices) would be advantageous but not necessary.
  • Exceptional communication skills as you'll be working very closely with Partners and clients so you will be confident enough to hold your own and also know how to effectively delegate work to the other accountants.
  • Ideally able to start immediately and commit for 3 months with high potential to be offered a permanent role
